About
Axhilles helps service businesses systematically apply AI. While most “AI for business” pitches come from consultants that have discovered AI recently, our collective have been building AI features and scaling its use in enterprise settings since 2024.
Founder and Managing Director Rahul Sharma led Xero’s AI Design Research team, scaling its AI features from its first prototype to global rollout. This included working with small business owners and accounting practices to understand how to bring these tools into their workflows. Prior to that, he built a 17-year career designing and transforming digital experiences at Sky TV, Les Mills International and ANZ Bank.
Drawing on these experiences, and a network of trusted AI practitioners, Axhilles can share the lessons that defined the success (and failure) of different initiatives. The result is thoughtful, enterprise-grade thinking, applied to help businesses operate like they’ve got a team at least twice their size.
